Free Listing Contest Rules and Information

On the 1st day of every month lemanrealty.com will draw the name of one local area homeowner to receive a COMMISSION FREE Listing.  This free listing will provide the winning homeowner the opportunity to have lemanrealty.com market their home for FREE.  The homeowner will only be responsible, as per our listing agreement, to provide a 2.5% commission fee to the buyer's real estate broker. 

If  the winning homeowner has already signed a listing agreement with lemanrealty.com, the listing agreement will be amended and the client will receive a COMMISSION FREE Listing for the duration of the current listing contract.

To be eligable to win, the area homeowner must register for the contest by completing the CONTEST ENTRY FORM between the first and last day of the month.  A new contest starts each month.  A random drawing will be held on the fisrt day of the month and the winner will be contacted immediately.  A list of monthly winners will appear on our website.

This offer is limited to sellers who are willing to list their home for sale within the next 60 days.  This offer is also limited to only one COMMISSION FREE Listing per area homeowner, per property.  A contest winner who doesn't list their home with lemanrealty.com within 60 days of winning the contest will forfeit their right to a COMMISSION FREE Listing.
