The Applicant certifies that the information contained in this Lease Application is accurate and true in every regard and understands that the Landlord will rely upon such information in determining the qualifications of the Applicant for leasing an apartment.  By submitting this application I (we) consent to Landlord’s verification of the truth of the statements contained herein, and hereby acknowledges that failure to provide accurate information is adequate cause for rejecting this application.

FURTHERMORE, the Applicant understands that this form, duly completed and executed, constitutes an application for premises and is not a lease agreement. 

A deposit in the amount of one month's rent  is required before application is processed. Please contact lemanrealty.com at 518-584-4488 to make arrangements for payment of deposit as soon as possible..  This deposit will hold the apartment until the Landlord has either approved or disapproved the Applicant.  If the Applicant is not approved by Landlord, the Reservation Deposit will be returned to the applicant minus an administrative fee of $50.00.  If the applicant is approved for Tenancy and decides not to move forward and contract for the space the deposit WILL NOT be returned.  If the applicant is approved and a Lease Agreement is signed for the space, the deposit will be credited to the total security deposit under the agreement.
